Mr Glenn Fok

Glenn Fok, Vice Chairman and Head of Investment Banking, Hong Kong of UBS Investment Bank, is principally responsible for senior coverage of Hong Kong, selected PRC companies and multinational clients in Hong Kong. Glenn has over 25 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience including EMTN programme arranger and debt capital markets issuance, local and overseas stock exchange listings, mergers and acquisitions (both agreed and hostile), local and international equity, and strategic financial advisory assignments. His transaction knowledge covers a number of industries including transportation (airports and large infrastructure), utility, financial services, theme park infrastructure, telecommunications and media, property, hotel, gaming, ports, consumer/retailing, industrial manufacturing and transportation sectors in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining UBS in May 2000, Glenn was Head of Investment Banking Services and Joint Head of Corporate Finance of Schroders Asia Limited in Hong Kong.

In addition, Glenn is on the Board of Trustee of the United College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a member of the Board of Governors of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society Ltd and also a member of the SFC REIT Committee since 2007. He had served 4 years as a member of the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee (March 2002 to Sept 2006).
