Please note that reservation on 2734 9009 is available the day after counter booking begins. Tickets may be reserved for up to 3 days or up to 1 hour prior to concert time, whichever is sooner. Credit card booking on 2111 5999 is available from the first counter sale date until 1 hour before performance. Tickets booked more than 7 days before performance will be mailed to customer directly. Tickets booked within 7 days until 1 hour before performance shall be collected in person at the sales counter at any of the URBTIX outlets upon presentation of the credit card used for the telephone credit card booking. Once the transaction is confirmed, all tickets booked are non-refundable, no matter they are claimed or not.
