Services for Tickets Purchased through URBTIX

Ticket Exchange
Any ticket purchased from the URBTIX can be exchanged for another performance of the same programme at the same venue and of the same or higher price (ticket-holders will have to pay the price difference). Please go to any of the URBTIX outlets for this service. A fee of HK$5 will be charged for each ticket. No ticket sold through URBTIX is refundable. This service is subjected to tickets availability.

Exclusive Subscribers' Services
Free Swapping - Send your tickets to our office at least 5 working days prior to performance date, to swap your ticket to another performance of the same programme. This service is subjected to tickets availability.

50% Refund - A 50% refund may be arranged if the tickets are returned to us at least 5 working days prior to the concert.

Lost Ticket Report - if you lose your ticket(s), please report to our office (852-2721-2332) at least 2 working days prior to the performance. A copy of the HKPO lost ticket report will be issued for admission into the concert hall.

Half Price Ticket Upgrade - If you wish to change your concessionary ticket to a regular price ticket, send your ticket together with a cheque for the price difference to our office at least 5 working days prior to the concert. A regular-price ticket for the same seat will be re-issued for you.
