Any HK Phil ticket(s) purchased from the URBTIX can be exchanged for another performance (if any) of the same programme at the same venue by paying a HK$5 handling fee for each ticket. You may opt for exchanging ticket(s) of the same or higher (payment for price difference required) price category. Please visit any of the URBTIX outlets for this service. This service is subject to availability. All tickets sold through URBTIX are non-refundable.
For tickets purchased through season subscriptions
Subscribers can enjoy a free ticket swap service for their subscription ticket(s). Swapping is for ticket(s) of same programme (if any) and subject to availability. Please submit your request by completing the Ticket Swap Form and mailing it back to our ticketing office together with the subscription ticket(s) at least FIVE working days before concert.
Subscribers can upgrade their concessionary (students, senior citizens, people with disabilities or CSSA recipients) ticket(s) to adult ticket(s) by completing the Ticket Upgrade Form and mailing it back to our ticketing office together with the price difference payment by cheque at least FIVE working days before concert.
Subscribers can receive a 50% refund of the face value of their subscription ticket(s) by completing the Ticket Refund Form and mailing it back to our ticketing office at least FIVE working days before concert.
Lost Ticket Arrangement
Subscribers can report lost subscription ticket(s) to our ticketing office at least TWO working days before the ticketed concert to obtain a lost ticket letter for admission.
